Finally! Our rectangular soap tin, perfect for a bar of soap – preferably one made by Four Starlings, although you're free to go with your flow :)

Before talking technicalities, we need to talk visuals for a second. We love them to bits – the classic lid is decorated with a tiger-like print. Weirdly, for some reason we keep calling it a panther; can't really explain why. Anyway, it roars beauty and great design – paws down.

The aluminium tin is corrosion-resistant and suitable to be kept in watery conditions. The lid print is scratch- and waterproof too.

Plus, we've upgraded our tin by:

putting a well-fitted lid on it (leaving no extra space in between) and designing a practical, perforated insert that lets the water flow down to the bottom of the tin, keeping your soap dry. If you find it redundant, feel free to take it out. The insert is our answer to those of you who have been waiting for us to make a drainage solution and those who have come up with their own MacGyver-worthy ideas, like puncturing the bottom of the tin by hand. Well, why not – but why make the effort if you don't have to. The tin is a practical, convenient solution for storing soap, as well as a shampoo or conditioner bar. And if you're left with small bits of those (or you've cut them to a travel size), they'll all fit into the tin, making it a must-have for every trip.
